Rental rules

Thank you for booking with Pixel House! We appreciate your business and, to ensure the best experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our general policies and restrictions.

Booking Reservation

Your rental starts and ends exactly at the times you've booked, so please plan to include setup, breakdown, and cleanup within your reserved time to avoid additional fees. Ensure the space is fully cleared, and all items are removed by the end of your booking. Any overtime will be charged in 30-minute increments at 1.5 times the hourly rate.

Cancel or Reschedule

Reservations at Pixel House can be changed or canceled without additional fees up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this window receive a full refund, excluding service fees. Changes or cancellations requested within 24 hours of the reservation start time are not allowed, and no refunds will be issued.

Rules & Restrictions

No Music Videos: Filming music videos is not permitted.
Supervision of Children: All children must be supervised at all times.
Candle Use: Candles must be placed in holders that prevent wax from dripping on surfaces.
Prohibited Items: Fireworks, including sparklers, are not allowed.
Wall Protection: Do not use nails, tacks, or staples on walls or woodwork. Only painter’s tape may be used if tape is necessary.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within Pixel House and within 25 feet of all entrances, exits, windows, and air intake vents.
No Smoke Machines, Confetti, or Glitter: These items are not allowed inside or within 25 feet of Pixel House.
No Illicit Substances: Use of illicit substances is not permitted. Pixel House reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if such activity occurs.
Noise Control: Music and other sounds must remain within the building and not be audible from outside.
No Subleasing: Subleasing Pixel House to any third party is prohibited.
Monitoring by Company Representatives: Pixel House representatives may monitor activities and enforce guidelines. They reserve the right to terminate any reservation if these guidelines or local laws are violated.
Photography Restrictions: Explicit sexual activity is prohibited. Tasteful boudoir shoots are allowed.

24/7 Support

Pet dogs that are participating in the shoot will be allowed in the space.
No more than 2 dogs are allowed in the space at one time. Dogs must be house trained, well behaved and supervised at all times.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or on the second floor of the home.
Guests are responsible for cleaning after each pet. Additional cleaning/damage fees may be charged at the end of booking, if deemed necessary by the host.
Additional cleaning protocols have been put in place to provide thorough sanitation in between guests to best accommodate all clients.
